On Tuesday, 25th March, 2025, the spotlight was placed on the international students, as the institution engaged them in an enriching interactive session. The forum aimed to explore how these students are settling into life in Ghana, understand the challenges they face, celebrate what they appreciate about the university, and discuss their plans for their upcoming International Students’ Week Celebration.
The session offered an open platform where international students shared heartfelt experiences about their transition to Ghana. While many expressed admiration for the vibrant culture and the warmth of the local community, others candidly spoke about adapting to new environments, navigating logistics, and balancing academics with cultural adjustments. These insights provided a deeper understanding of the students’ experiences and highlighted areas where additional support might be needed.
Several students shared glowing feedback on Heritage Christian University‘s supportive faculty, welcoming campus environment, and the strong sense of belonging cultivated within the community. They expressed gratitude for how the university prioritizes inclusivity and nurtures a space where students from various backgrounds can thrive academically and socially.



There was a lot of excitement as the students unveiled their plans for the International Students’ Week Celebration. The celebration promises to showcase cultural performances, meals, and traditions from across Africa. The students spoke passionately about their vision to create an event that fosters cross-cultural understanding, promotes global friendships, and celebrates the richness of their identities.
