Accra, Ghana. 13 June 2024. – Tech Hub Africa LLC, a leading innovation and technology hub, is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Board of Directors.
The new Board comprises experienced and respected individuals with a deep understanding of the technology and innovation ecosystem. They bring a wealth of expertise in strategy, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and industry knowledge to guide Tech Hub Africa’s growth and impact.
The new Board members are:
- Ms. Jemima Prempeh, Co-Founder of Tech Hub Africa Ltd – Co-Chairperson
- Mrs. Mavis Leonards, CEO of Global Sky Ltd, Genescis, Novella & Ebullience Ltd,
- Mr. Joseph Annan, CEO of Springsglobal
- Mrs. Gertrude Gyasi. CEO of the Governor’s Kitchen
- Mrs. Etta Mosore, Esq., MCIArb
The new Board is committed to supporting Tech Hub Africa’s strategic vision, expanding its impact, and promoting the growth of the African tech industry. As members of the Advisory Board, Mrs. Mavis Leonards will provide guidance on business decisions and entrepreneurship, Etta Moore, Esq. will provide pro bono assistance on corporate governance, legal and compliance, Mr. Joe Annan will serve as the strategic advisor on innovation and programs, while Mrs. Gertrude Gyasi will offer guidance on events.
